In a wide-ranging and eyebrow-raising conversation with Joe Rogan, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) made bold claims about unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), including references to interdimensional beings and unexplained movement “outside of time and space.”
Luna, who chairs the House Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, told Rogan she has seen classified photos of unidentified objects that, in her words, were “not created by mankind.” While she stopped short of sharing those images, Luna said she viewed them inside a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and believes they represent technology or entities beyond current human understanding.
“They call them interdimensional beings,” Luna said during the interview. “I think that they can actually operate through the time spaces that we currently have.”
“I can tell you without getting into classified conversations that there have been incidents where very credible people have reported that there have been movements outside of time and space,” she added.

These comments build on Luna’s previous involvement in the 2023 House Oversight investigation into government handling of UAP and military classification. That investigation included discussions of footage captured at Florida’s Eglin Air Force Base, where Luna pushed for transparency and further scrutiny.
As head of the newly formed federal declassification task force, Luna says she intends to continue pressing for answers and public access to previously hidden information on UAPs.
Apart from Luna, Vice President JD Vance has also expressed interest in exploring unidentified flying objects. During a podcast appearance in early August, he said, “I’m obsessed with the whole UFO thing. What’s actually going on? What were those videos all about? What’s actually happening?”
