Jennifer Lopez is in her unhinged, unbothered era. The pop star gave it back to trolls who are always criticizing her outfit choices. She was performing at the Up All Night Live in Las Vegas residency, when the 56-year-old singer-actor stopped her performance to address criticisms like, “Why is she always dressed that way? Why don’t she dress her age? Why is she always naked?”
“And I say, ‘If you had this body, you’d be naked too,’” said Lopez, to a huge round of cheers from the live audience, as she went back to performing her bangers. Even at the Up All Night Live concert, Lopez donned several costumes that can be conventionally considered rather risqué. She was wearing a glittery green body suit with a fringed bottom when she admitted she laughs off the potshots aimed at her wardrobe.

Lopez didn’t even spare herself at the concert as she took a potshot at the number of times she’s been married. Looking back at her maiden Last Vegas residency show back in 2016-2018, called All I Have, Lopez said on stage, “That went by in a blink, didn’t it? For those of you who were there on opening night 10 years ago. At that time, I had only been married twice.”
She then joked that she got confused how many times she’d been married by a particular point in life. Lopez laughed and added, to another round of cheers from the live audience, “It’s over and we just, boom, and it’s fine. It’s all good. The good news is that I’m learning and I’m growing. We’re in our happy era right now.”

Earlier this year, Lopez officially divorced her fourth husband, longtime partner, and actor-filmmaker Ben Affleck. The superstar pairing married in July 2022. Lopez filed for divorce in August 2024. The filing said they had separated more than a year earlier. It was their second stint as a couple. In the early 2000s, they met, fell in love, got engaged and starred together in the infamous Gigli and Jersey Girl in 2004. They split up that same year, blaming in part the pressure of the public eye.
Earlier this year, Lopez admitted her separation from Affleck the second time was extremely challenging, especially because it took place during the filming of her movie Kiss of the Spider Woman. “It was a really tough time. Every moment on set, every moment I was doing this role, I was so happy, and then it was like, back home, it was not great. And it was just like, ‘How do I work inside of this?,” Lopez told CBS Morning America.
She was previously married to actor-producer Ojani Noa for a year in 1997-98, to actor Cris Judd from 2001 to 2003, and to singer-actor Marc Anthony from 2004 to 2014, with whom she has 17-year-old twins Maximilian “Max” David Muniz and Emme Maribel Muniz.
